Protocase Designer 7.2.1 - September 03, 2025

Features and Improvements in the latest version of Designer:

  • Reduced file size of PDA's with imported STEP components by up to 80%
  • Reworked the pocket depth / corner radius design checks for machined parts.
  • Cut & Hole Operations now set a default recommended depth value.
  • Added an "AutoRound" property to the 2D sketch editor to apply our recommended corner radius.
  • Added an "Auto-Fix" feature to the "Sketch Contains Tight Corners" warning dialog.
  • Improved validation for Fillet Operations
  • Improved validation for Cut Operations
