Features and Improvements in the latest versions of Designer

NEW feature for rotating the view in 2D editor.
NEW feature for auto-masking an entire face.
Fixed issues with Layers drawing in the wrong order in 2D & 3D.
Fixed issue with cutouts getting deleted around face profile edges.
Other various bugs & template fixes.
