If you are not using Protocase Designer to add your silkscreening or digital printing, you can provide Protocase technical support with a graphics file of the print, or a sketch of the required print with enough detail so Protocase can create a suitable image. You must provide one image for each color to be printed. Images are preferred in any of the following file formats. For other file formats, please contact technical support.
- Adobe Illustrator (AI)
- Portable Document Format (PDF)
- Photoshop Document (PSD)
- Drawing (DWG)
- Drawing Exchange Format (DXF)
If you are sending images of text only, the same types of graphics files are preferred, but we will also accept an email with the following information:
- Text to be printed
- Font (Arial, Times New Roman, etc.)
- Font size (12, 14, 16 etc.)
- Font color (See color samples or contact us for more information)
- Other font characteristics (bold, italic, underline, etc.)
- Location in y axis,x axis coordinates
For example:
- Text: Silkscreen
- Font type: Arial
- Font size: 14 pt
- Font color: Black
