Features and Improvements in the latest versions of Designer

Added a NEW Circular Gauge feature
Added Design Check for when Standard Cutout from the library have been modified
Updated the color of Constructs
Updated the Design Check for Digital Printing because new manufacturing capabilities
Updated the bend exclusions sizes
Fixed template issues increase compatibility with manufacturing constraints
Fixed installation messages about Protocase Designer on windows being unsupported or on safe
Fixed for welding, increasing accuracy of quotes
Fixed how screws are quoted improving internal processes
Fixed the flanges sizes on all templates to increase compatibility with manufacturing constraints
