Composite rows can be added by selecting "Add Row" at the bottom left of the Composite Group Section. 		+	Feature Control Frame (FCF) modes can be activated by selecting the GD&T toggle button from the toolbar.

		+	# Similar to interactions with the datum dialog move the mouse over snap points to produce a snap point.
		+	# Left click in the snap point and this will pace an arrow to the selected postion will open a FCF creation dialog.
		+	# Left click again on the screen to starting entering FCF information.

		+	## The first row contains the tolerance type.
		+	## The second row constains the drop-downs and textbox for the dimension type, tolerance values, and material conditions.
		+	## The final row constain a maximum of three datum positions that can be selected based on created datum labels.
